The Util Box provides free online utility tools that run entirely in your browser. We do not store, process, or transmit your data to any server. All computation happens client-side.

• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
• Use automated scripts to scrape or overload the site

4. Intellectual Property

The Util Box codebase is open source. The service name, branding, and design are our intellectual property. You may embed our tools via the provided iframe snippets as long as attribution is maintained.

5. Disclaimer

All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or availability. Tool outputs should be verified before being used for critical decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Util Box and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
